Soaring to Success in Reading!

We have been doing some reading testing this week and Miss Lines is really proud of the Superheroes! 
Every single student in the class has moved up in their reading. 
We love reading with our friends, our lovely Year 5 buddy readers and sharing stories with the whole class!

Maori Language Week - Challenge 4

Today was the last day of the challenges for 

Maori Language Week. We learned how to say 'Goodbye.'

We have had lots of fun learning to say different phrases 

in Te Reo Maori.

We will keep on learning new phrases and put them on our blog so keep watching!

We started by thinking about all the things that can fly.
Through the term we will be investigating what makes things fly, and designing a kite that can really fly!
