Daffodil Day

Today the Superheroes fundraised for the Cancer Society's Daffodil Day.

Lots of us brought in a gold coin donation and we got a daffodil to wear.

We also made a daffodil to take home! 

We had lots of fun and learned why Daffodil Day is so important.

Beautiful butterflies!

Last week for Writing we looked at Information Reports. 
We found out lots of facts about butterflies on the internet and made our own fact files.
Here are some of the facts we discovered. 

In Maths we have been learning about Geometry. 
We have made tessellating patterns and learned about symmetry.
Look at the beautiful symmetrical butterflies we made!

This week Deziah received an award for always giving 100% effort in every thing she does.
