Superheroes explore MOTAT

We had a great day out at MOTAT!
We explored lots of different things from the olden days and saw lots of amazing planes.
The teacher taught us about drag, thrust, lift and weight and the effect these have on a plane. Next we got to do experiments and we even went in a wind tunnel!

Rugby World Cup 2015

We are very excited about the Rugby World Cup!
We are experts on the countries taking part and know all the flags of the different countries.
Today Miss Poto taught us how to play Rippa Rugby, then we wrote instructions!
We had lots of fun!

Duffy Assembly with Michel Mulipola

On Tuesday we welcomed Michel Mulipola to Rowandale.
He is a famous cartoonist who talked about his love for reading.
We were also lucky to receive two Duffy books each!

Tongan Language Week

Today we had a special assembly to celebrate the end of 

Tongan Language Week!

We watched some wonderful Tongan dancing and we are very proud of Ana who took part!

Drumming with Strike Percussion

Today we watched the awesome Strike Percussion show in the hall!
It was amazing. Kiera got to perform! Wow!
